Norfolk Oak make the finest worktops in the world. Our worktops are manufatured by a specialist mill in Ohio - I think we are one of only a very few companies that make our worktops in America now. Pretty much everyone else makes theirs in China, the results of which often speak for themselves. When we mill our worktops, we use the highest grade of glue which is waterproof not just for cold water, but also for hot. This is much more expensive and time-consuming, but if you want your worktop to last a lifetime, you need a company that makes worktops with this sort of attention to detail.
We make two kinds of worktop. Either with finger jointed staves, sometimes described as 'butchers block' or a continous plank form know as 'edge glue'. Both worktops are made from furniture grade timber from North America ( except the teak worktops which are made from plantation teak and are absolutely stunning) - somnething no other worktop manufacturer does.

We absolutely do not sell Iroko worktops. Despite all comments to the contrary about sustainable Iroko, there is no such thing.
